ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

On a business card, it is very difficult to describe Caroline Figiel’s and Danny Jones’ job title. They are multi-taskers!

At an early age Danny knew he loved music and dreamed of being the drummer for “The Tonight Show Band” starring Johnny Carson. After majoring in music education, he went on to work with musicians such as The Tams, Atlanta Rhythm Section, America, and 38 Special. His projects range from co-creating the original songs on The Waffle House Jukebox and co-writing music for The National Democratic Presidential Convention to working on projects with Rock Band.

Caroline was born with Broadway in her blood. She has choreographed and performed in numerous theatrical presentations throughout the Southeast. Caroline has also shared the stage with national storytellers. With a MED in education, she has taught children and adults, and also has extensive experience teaching those with special needs.

Together, they have formed an “edu-tainment” company that creates musical identities, audio tours, radio/tv spots, corporate songs, and web videos that promote, educate, market and entertain using many of today’s innovative technologies. They currently serve on the Georgia Department of Economic Development’s strategic planning commission. Clients include J Walter Thompson, Intercontinental Hotels, Ripley’s Aquariums, Waffle House, Atlanta Office of Cultural Affairs, Georgia Department of Tourism, and Genband Communications.
